Support is delivered online or, where appropriate, through in person work within the dog’s home environment.
Daniel is based near Edinburgh (EH16) in Scotland and supports dogs involved in legal cases primarily throughout Scotland and the North of England. Daniel can support in cases under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, the Control of Dogs Act 2010 (Scotland), other animal related law, as well as supporting with civil matters such as personal injury claims, and cases in the family court. Daniel is experienced in providing both behaviour assessments and breed identification for legal cases across the UK.
Formal behavioural assessments are provided for dogs within rescue, foster, adoption, and local authority contexts. These assessments are designed to inform decision making around welfare, suitability, risk, and management needs. Work may include assessing behaviour and risk, placement guidance, and written reports appropriate for use internally or in legal cases.
